Ski House Rental

Hi folks,

If anyone is looking for a winter rental there is a nice place on Main Street North Creek that has become available.

It's a 3 bedroom, one bath, sleeps 8. Snowplowing included, utilities extra. Fully furnished, two bay garage. Cost would depend on how many months they were renting. Probably would end up being $1000-$1200 per month. Call Heather @ 251-3002 for more info or to rent this home.

Thanks,

It’s that time of year

Hey Everybody,

Well it's that time of year, coaches, kids, parents all going in different directions. It sure can get a little crazy, but then a nice snow storm comes along and you find yourself skiing some untracked and thinking I wonder what the plans are for this coming weekend and beyond. So, a gentle reminder to check and reply to emails from coaches and read blogs by those who post them. If you're lucky enough to be at Gore this coming weekend, prepare yourself for the best skiing of the season so far.

See ya then,

Great Weekend on Tap

After last weekends, not as cold as we thought it might be, weather. It looks as though we are in store for some moderate temperatures and great skiing. Many of our athletes and parents will be away this weekend. The J3's will be down in the Catskills, the J4's are at Pisca and West and the Free Ride group will be heading to Hunter for some events. Good luck and safe travels to everyone. Here at Gore the JI II's will be racing Super G for the weekend and the J5's will be doing some training. All in all, I think there is some fun in store for everyone. I look forward to seeing you all.

Wicked Cold This Weekend!

If you have not seen the predicted weather for this coming weekend; it will be some of the coldest temps we have seen so far this winter. Highs Saturday will be 10 degrees and Sunday only a high of 0 are predicted. Add to this some wind and we will have wind chill temps reaching far into the minuses.

Please send your young athlete with hand/toe warmers, a neck up or scarf, good goggles, extra gloves and dress them in extra layers. Throw in some hot chocolate money and you'll have a recipe for a warm and fun day of skiing!
