Hello everyone,
Well here we are; the holiday week. I hope everyone is looking forward to spending some quality time here at Gore over this period. Several trails on the upper mountain are now open and the skiing is pretty nice. The training plan for the week has been posted, but make sure you check with your coaches directly as things do change quickly at times.
New, the J4 and J5 groups now have their own blogs to post information direct to you. Just click on the alpine skiing link and then onto the J4 or J5 page. It's easy and fun!
